The purchasing department has two objectives: supplier reliability and obtaining the best sales conditions. It is fully integrated into the company's strategy.

General Objectives of the Training

Today's operational managers manage and supervise their service/department/pole to ensure the performance and quality of activities while respecting its strategy and policy. To do this, they play the role of interface between their operational teams and general management and all the other operational departments of the group and the support functions (HR, internal control, etc.) Thus, their mission is to translate and transmit the strategic decisions taken by Top Management to control the activity and motivate the teams to optimise work organisation while developing skills.
