Course Overview

A good human resources manager must have a great sense of business and possess entrepreneurial qualities, one of the key elements developed in our training courses.

In addition to responding to a strict skills framework, we integrate a robust human dimension into the curriculum through a philosophy course for managers, which will help you become a manager who is even more aware of his responsibilities. This program also emphasises the link between HR and Corporate Strategy and its evolutionary aspect, with particular attention paid to the new digital dimension of HR.

Our courses constantly evolve from year to year to adapt to this constantly changing sector. Recently, new issues such as the employer brand, web management, and a more financial vision of human resources have been integrated.

At the end of the course, and thanks to your professionalisation through work-study programs, you will be able to implement an HR policy in line with the general policy of your company.
